About Me
With over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the automotive industry, I have cultivated a multifaceted career that spans technical repair, production management, and insurance adjusting. My professional journey began as an ASE and I-CAR Certified Platinum, Auto Body Technician in a collision repair shop, where I developed hands-on expertise in vehicle body and frame repair, mechanical systems, and automotive electronics. This foundational role allowed me to understand vehicles from the inside out and set the stage for future growth.
As my career progressed, I transitioned into the roles of Collision Estimator and Production Specialist. In these capacities, I honed my skills in damage assessment, repair cost estimation, and the coordination of workflow within high-volume body shops. My responsibilities included managing the repair process from start to finish, ensuring both efficiency and quality standards were met.
Seeking to broaden my industry impact, I obtained my All Lines Insurance Adjuster License, held in seven states: Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming, Oregon, and Washington. This certification enabled me to handle a wide range of automotive claims, with a particular focus in recent years on diminished value and specialty high-end vehicle claims. In 2022, I have become a licensed Texas Public Adjuster, providing dedicated representation and advocacy for clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
In addition to my insurance and repair expertise, I am proud to be factory certified by numerous leading automotive manufacturers, including Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Toyota, General Motors, Honda, and Tesla. My technical proficiency extends to modern vehicle systems, particularly in the area of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). I am experienced in independently performing ADAS calibrations, ensuring vehicle safety systems function as designed post-repair.
